Eastern Housing Limited (EHL) is a pioneering real estate company in Bangladesh, incorporated in 1964. Initially founded as a private company, EHL became a Public Limited Company in 1993, making it the first and only real estate company of its kind in the private sector. EHL has played a significant role in addressing Dhaka's housing issues, starting with the development of 700 houses in Pallabi Thana and acquiring 910 acres of land for low-cost housing. Over time, the company expanded its operations to include residential and commercial developments across the country, offering a range of properties from apartments and office buildings to plots of land with full infrastructure.
