The shopping complex's opening hours are 10 am to 8 pm. However, it closes at 5 pm on Saturday. It stays closed on Thursdays and during National Holidays. As for the residential part, there is a different entrance for that. It is a good place for families to live in as the area offers convenient transportation and living facilities. However, living in Motalib Plaza or purchasing apartments there is expensive. However, there are often shops available for rent.
